Shipping charges are determined by the location and will be paid and agreed upon before shipping.
Artzores is responsible for any damage to your goods from the time they are dispatched until you receive them.
Therefore, if when you receive something that you ordered, you discover your goods are faulty or don't work as they should, you are entitled to ask for them to be repaired, replaced, or, where neither is possible, you can ask for a price reduction or refund.
If you don't receive your goods within 30 days, or within the agreed time, you should contact Artzores to resolve the issue.
We gladly accept returns within 10 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item meets the conditions below:
Return Conditions:
The piece must be returned in its original, unworn, unaltered condition.
Jewelry that shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
To initiate a return:
Email us at artzoresstudio@gmail to request your return.
Package the item securely—use a CTT box if available and tape all seams.
Obtain a receipt from CTT when dropping off the return for tracking and proof of shipment.
Once we receive your return:
We’ll inspect the item’s condition.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.
Returns shipping is paid by customer unless agreed upon by Artzores due to defect or other related issues.
